This hotel is a solid choice in its price range. Some of the decor was a little worn, but that doesn't bother me in the least. It was clean, and that's always the most important thing. The location is good, very near the Anaheim Convention center, and between two restaurants. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and actively addressed my questions. Even the one concern I had (empty pop machine) was handled in a matter of minutes. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Okay for only sleeping

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location cannot be beat. We quickly discovered it is much easier to take the stairs because the elevator is very slow but I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in great location. Issue is the aircon. The way it’s been built means individual units in each room which are really noisy. They are integrated rather than the basic wall mounted but unfortunately it’s a huge design flaw. Management are well aware of it being an issue but sent an engineer to appease me. I guess they just hope to you give up complaining as they don’t really have a solution beyond an even louder fan (I genuinely don’t understand how it could be so loud) or switch it off and be hot! I wouldn’t stay here again I’m afraid

Clean, all the good lux things

Stayed in one of the bungalows and absolutely loved it. It was like staying in your own private resort. It was clean and nicely decorated. It’s also located in the perfect spot in Santa Monica. We’ll be back!
