The Inn has the old comfortable feel with all the modern conveniences. The room are clean and comfortable. Josh and staff are very accommodating. It comes with a tasty and filling breakfast. We highly recommend it.

BRING YOUR OWN POTS AND PANS!!! The hotel is clean and all amenities are new, in good repair. The property was well taken care of, we had dogs with us that we were very comfortable walking around the property, the area was clean and well maintained. The ONLY thing that I need to warn any future guests about this property is you NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN POTS AND PANS! I have travelled a lot and whenever I stayed in hotel with kitchenette, I don’t expect fully equipped but there would be basic one or two pot, one frying pan, and limited cooking utensils. There was NOTHING provided in this property. Front desk had a sign where you can BUY the pot and pans. I was very surprised about this set up and disappointed as I was not able to do some simple cooking as I had planned. If you offer a kitchen, some basics are expected or please give your guests heads up that the kitchen will have absolutely nothing by the stove top, period. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. The charging station also not seems to be working.

This is a secret Hidaway. Don't judge a book by its cover. Very cozy, roomy cottage. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Communication was amazing and is what made our stay easy! Perfect distance to Mount Sunapee.

This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem before we checked out. I asked if he thought we should miss the event to wait for him to call back re: the water? Host Offered a $50 rebate and said it wan't his problem that our timeframe didn't work with the time of when we let him know, then the host went on to say he didn't have to offer a refund and got very personal about what should be a professional, business transaction. Host that I was "absolutely disrespectful."..he's "at a loss with how humanity has become and not sure how some people sleep at night. Please never come back to our establishment. ..You're not the kind of customer we want to welcome back." I have NEVER written a negative review of a rental, and have a positive track record for giving positive, gracious reviews. I do not recommend this place to fellow travelers.

This In is the best. I no longer look for anywhere else when I'm in the area. Including a perfect lake, complete with canoes, kayaks, as well as bikes. Breakfast is spectacular.

The room was very clean and our bathroom was amazing! You cannot have food in your room and there isn’t a tv or anything in there. I didn’t see any staff at the place. It wasn’t explained to me how to get into the place very well at all so it took us a few minutes to figure it out and we felt kind of foolish. It was fine if you just wanted a place to sleep for the night but we probably wouldn’t go back.
