I have stayed in your hotel several times in the past & it was much cleaner. My room had sticky surfaces, one side of the sheer curtains was missing, the desk chair had crumbles on it & the staff didn't leave me a liner for the ice bucket until the last day of my stay.

Perfect Location

Gorgeous hotel located on King St. in heart of Alexandria. Great bar on the premises and a Starbucks. Easily in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Couldn't have picked a more perfect place.

Very difficult to figure out where to park due to all the special Memberships, room service was done one day. I Know I Had several reservations due to a family emergency but just frustrating! However, desk staff, day night was wonderful, I was very stressed and a 2 day weekend turned into a7 day stay, but the hospitality and understanding of your reception desk people was beyond compare! Thank you!

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. The Starbucks is convenient and there is a decent hotel store. The bar isn't all that interesting and the biggest drawback. The hotel is also well located right at the end of King St.

Great spot. Very accessible to walk around Old Town and to the Metro. Found it odd that the room had no mirrors (except in the bathroom). Room could use a little attention to details for tweaks and cleaning. Overall great stay, and good value. The old school 24Hour diner next door was good too!
