Very cute motel! It is in the downtown area which was very busy. They have on site food options and coffee shop in the lobby. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a couple of shops. There is a lot of road noise and the building is older so you definitely hear it. Our room was extremely clean, cleaner than any room I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are very firm which made sleeping a little difficult, but it is definitely worth staying.

Retro motel

This was a clean motel with a really neat retro vibe. It felt a lot like the 50’s with the decor theme but everything was fresh and clean. Very impressed and I would stay here again when visiting Albuquerque.

Their isn't much i didn't like about our stay. The area was great. Very walkable for food and the The Imperial itself has alot of upside. Food Court,Bar with Karaoke on Thursday's. I would recommend this place everyone. Rooms were awesome!!! Staff was very friendly.

Cutest retro vibe, friendly staff, comfy bed and room, super clean, fantastic food options especially the Latin cuisine. Empanadas and flan are a must have! Stairs only (no elevator) to second floor. Ground level desirable for accessibility needs, so book early because Imperial is popular. Looking forward to staying here again on our next road trip!

Pleasantly Surprised Motel

The Motel that i would stay at again in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food hall filled up with visitors once karaoke startes.

Very clean. Lots of amenities (gives Airbnb vibes, we stayed in the King Suite.) note: The sofa is a futon style, and does fold down, however, extremely uncomfortable. Great service, Chantelle took excellent care of us. She made us the best coffee while checking out. Downside: no luggage table, no shower caps, no robes, and very dim lighting (these were minor hiccups, we still had a comfortable stay.) Parking is limited (and free), however, we were still able to park our vehicle on-site, the walls are rather thin and we could hear the occupants TV into the morning hours. This hotel isn't in the most upscale part of town, however, great access to the freeway and walking distance to downtown, and not too far from Old Town. We would stay probably stay here again (if we were to return to the area), if they are able to maintain the same level of cleanliness and service.

This was a nicely renovated property, upscale but a throwback to the classic Route 66 feel. It was nearby downtown ABQ enough that I could walk there so it was a perfect stop along the main drag.

Remodeled Motel In A Great Location

We were impressed with the remodel done on this property. It is in a great location and has laundry. We will definitely stay here again when in Albuquerque!

Great place, but book directly with motel!

This was so nicely renovated a right on Route 66 (Central Avenue). The staff was great, even Amanda, a cleaner there took lots of time to tell us info about Albuquerque! There are 3 restaurants on the property. The Venezuelan food was delicious! DON’T book through hotels.com! They charged me $28 above what the hotel said went through as a charge.

The hotel was great and the room felt so inviting and comfortable I was disappointed that the hotel bar was closed on a Friday evening and I had to go elsewhere to have a drink. If your bar is going to be closed especially on a Friday night, you may want to let your customers know upon check in

This hotel is amazing. I love the atmosphere and the decor was amazing as well. I can’t wait to use the pool this summer. Hotel staff were great However, the hotel bar shut down early on a Friday evening. A little disappointed especially for a Friday evening

An honest review- room was very clean. Check in and out was easy. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Nice bed (soft mattress) and pillows. Quite a bit of traffic noise all night long, something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper, but overall a very nice stay
