Just Passing Through

This is an old hotel that has seen better days. Interior needs a complete overhaul. Only one restaurant there, and it was closed Sundays and Mondays. Sketchy neighborhood, road to the hotel was torn up, had go around the neighborhood to get to the hotel. Not a good place for your money.

The property was decent, good location, lots of parking. The rooms were good for what we needed just to stop through, not a long stay. One improvement that I would recommend is putting a plug in air freshener or freshen up the lobby when you walked in, it had a unfamiliar odor, overclean the carpet entry area.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable

I was in ABQ for a conference. The location makes it easy to get to all parts of the City. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and clean. Some normal wear and tear, but such good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

At check in the original lady we spoke with rude and unhelpful, our handicap accessible room which we were under the impression with have a wheelchair accessible walk in shower was just a bathtub with safety bars. The room had a desk lap that didn’t even work, there was a broken drawer on the tv stand that was being held in place with a piece of plastic wrap taped to it which looked a coke bag. The hot tub was room temp at best and you had to walk through the conference room area and eating area to reach it. The posted signs to even find the pool area were confusing. Once in the pool area the water fountain was broken and smelled of standing water and algae. We stayed for almost a week and everyday for breakfast it was the same thing no variation at all… the website also stayed there was a restaurant and a bar at the hotel. Yes there is a small overpriced dive bar located within the hotel but the “so called grill/restaurant” which the hotel should contain, is actually some mexican Resturant that sits next door outside of the fenced area of the hotel. The hotel is quite large and has a giftshop and could really be something special if an effort was applied. We will not be returning to this location in the future.

I was disappointed to see a Ramada Inn kept in such bad shape. The room had multiple issues, from toilet was difficult to flush, faucet in the sink dispensed water at a very slow rate with little water pressure. Furniture was falling a part; cabinet door falling off hinges to bottom drawer appeared to have been chewed by two dobermans. Sliding door to balacony was difficult to open and almost fell off the tracks.
