Not a horrible place to stay. You get what you pay for for sure. There were coffee pods in the rooms but not refilled when cleaned. Went to the front desk they were out. Breakfast was not bad. The gentleman making breakfast was pleasant. The area is definitely shady. Lots of unsavory characters hanging about. I will say there were plenty of eating options close by.

There was no TV signal. The front office called the maintenance person but nobody no showed. The shower curtain smelled like it hasn’t been change recently. We sat in room with no TV signal, we were on our phone the whole time we were in the room. The manager or owner needs to improve there TV signal in all the rooms there no excuses. People pay to stay in a room with TV signal.

They claim they have an airport shuttle but it only runs 7 am-3pm. As a disabled person it was what I was looking for when booking after my flight was cancelled. Highly disappointed and very misleading.

The room was recently remodeled. The doors do open to the outside which as a solo older woman is never my preference. I was on the third floor and that sure helped. Its proximity to airy parking was wonderful!

Convenient to Isleta Ampitheater. As a progressive MS patient, be aware that the safety bars and soap racks in the otherwise excellent showers are kind of at the wrong end for those with balance issues.

The desk clerk wasn't around for 10 minutes when we arrived. Then when we got to our room, people were smoking marijuana near our room. After we went to bed we were woken up by someone banging on our door. In our room was a lamp that had nowhere to plug it in and on the other side of the room was an outlet with no cover just loose in the wall

Very noisy, thin walls, some people live in the hotel as residents, can hear door slams, water running, car alarms, and one bug in the bathroom.
