Checked in 6 or 7 pm and room was not cleaned, yet. With an 8 night stay my door keys stop working on Monday. Check in on Saturday. The breakfast was poor. Ran out orange juice on Sunday. Was told the orange juice would be in on Wednesday. Never showed up at any time. Staff was friendly. When checking out staff was texting and didn't even acknowledge me until they sent the text.

Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Had to return to Office for a new KeyCard almost everyday because it would go inactive. Sheets and Pillows were Stained and smelled. Had to disinfect Everything. 😫😫😫

Property was very dingy: Poor lighting, items in disrepair, and a very odd smell. There was no art at all and only one side of a king size bed had a lamp. I had no idea a La Quinta could be this bad

The property had many amenities broken or awaiting repair. Surrounding the rooms, the exterior of the building was very dark. The room itself had a mildew smell and cold. Once I turned on the heater it was not only very loud it threw a little bit of smoke out of it enough to where I was quite nervous the smoke alarm was going to go off. The only ice machine was broken.

We went to check in and the room was not clean- bed undone , towels on the floor. We checked back out and went elsewhere!
