Loved the roof top bar and the happy hour! The prickly pear margaritas were amazing. Also liked how quiet the hotel was and the open all night hot tub thats private and surronded by trees, and bushes. Loved all the outdoor sitting and walking paths. Finally liked how the hotel had an old fashion feel but everything was new and clean.

This property was renovated from a historic hospital and it was fabulous. We love going to places with personality. It has an interesting history, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The staff are outstanding as is the service. However, the furniture and other appointments look dated and worn. Not bad, but imo should be better for the price point. One great big positive is the complimentary shuttle.

This is a beautifully remodeled historic building in a cool part of downtown. Our suite and the common areas were also lovely. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was not working properly. They tried to fix it, but it was still not fully functional. We also booked the hotel because it was dog-friendly, but were told that dogs are not allowed to be left in rooms alone and are also not allowed in areas that serve food/beverage--so we had to leave the hotel to get a drink. I would suggest that they serve drinks in their awesome outdoor spaces for the guests with dogs.

The staff seemed pretty uninterested upon check in. I believe his name was Brett or Brent. Tried asking him some questions but he was pretty short with his responses. The complimentary breakfast was probably the worst breakfast that I've ever had at a hotel. The room was great though and the bed super comfortable. The rooftop bar was nice and relaxing, the waitress also did not seem interested in being there.
