Check in caution

Strict 3p check-in because of system update with current reservations. Yet though 2 terminals, a single staff member handled check-in? Line had formed and Senior Citizens were skipped.

The neighborhood was very sketchy. We drove up and drove on, gave up the room fee we already paid. I can’t say anything about the rooms or staff since we didn’t even stop.

Not a good area!

This hotel is nice in a very not so nice area. Definitely was fearful of leaving anything in the car overnight. Also we arrived 20minutes before the advertised 3pm check in time. Maybe 6 cars on the property and the manager Teresa P. Would not allow us to check in early even though it was obvious rooms were ready. Staff were changing shifts. When asked about the safety of the area she replied “all cities have problems with homeless” my advice leave things in your car at your own risk!!! Or…. You could stay somewhere else. I won’t be back.

I would definitely not stay here again. TERRIBLE location, basically under the highway overpass. It’s surrounded by dilapidated abandoned buildings, tents, and makeshift housing for homeless. I felt very unsafe. The bathroom was so small that the door couldn’t open if someone was occupying it! There was barely enough room to put our suitcases on the floor.
