We checked in late dropped or bags and went to a concert at MVP arena. Upon returning from the concert we noticed someone had used the bathroom or it hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioning in room 407 didn't work it was 74 in the room all night. The hotel was sold out so there was no changing rooms. Upon check out we told the receptionist about our stay and she stated the manager would call us and offer us a refund. This never happened the manager never called. Disappointed

Hotel was sold out; therefore so was the parking. Had to park across the street for a larger fee. Air conditioning was very poor; dropped two degrees from 76-74 overnight. Bed was too soft. Breakfast was average; nothing special

I did not like finding out I had to pay for overnight parking at check in. The staff is very nice. Although not filthy, it could use a deep clean. Super dusty on the table near the 2nd floor elevator. Should remove carpeting from rooms to eliminate a funky kind of smell. It was a convenient place to stay and close to the venue where I was attending an event.

Parking is great. Front desk person was very welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. It was an easy walk to the MVP arena and busy after the show. Safe enough to walk back. My only problem was that I am 5 feet tall and the top of the mattress was to my waist. It was quite a hop up.
