property is old, badly maintained, exterior grounds a disgrace, room missing cups for coffee, towels old and thin, drinks machine and snacks machine both out of order, check in clerk had no idea when breakfast was served. Will not come back and not real fond of the Belmont experience in general.

Awful hotel!

Check in was difficult due to the person not really speaking much English. I got to my room, 132, and it was absolutely disgusting. Food and dirt on the walls, blood on the walls in the bathroom, huge stains on the bed sheets that looked like some sort of bodily fluids, hand prints all over the headboard, rust pouring out of the faucets in the bathroom, toilet seat falling off, and it stunk of cigarettes. I complained to the man at the desk about the condition of the room and asked for the sheets to be changed. He refused and said it would be done in the morning. He actually expected me to sleep on someone else's fluids. He didn't offer to change my room either. He simply walked out of the building and left. I was disgusted and furious. My daughter spent almost an hour cleaning and disinfecting the room for me. I had to cover the filthy sheet with the top sheet and blanket so i could sleep but not be on the nastiness. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Pretty sure it's used by prostitutes and crackheads based off the condition of the room. I should be given a full refund for what i dealt with. Do not stay here under any circumstances. It is awful. The good reviews must be fake because this place is a dump.

We stayed here for the early airport transportation although when we got to the lobby there was no one around. We waited for 20 minutes and ended up driving ourselves and parking at the airport so we didn’t miss our flight.

We had high expectations since it was part of the Wyndham family, but the place was very run down, and not especially clean. Peeling paint and black mold in the bathroom. Dried blood on blanket and the bed’s decorative pillow.

Location was good but hotel needs alot of updates. Don’t expect anything nice. It smells carpets are stained toilet seats are peeling. The breakfast spread was seriously a joke.
