The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

The room didn’t have towels when we got there and we couldn’t control the A/C, the water was not hot and the bathroom needed the grout and caulking cleaned or repaired. All not terrible, but for the price we paid, it just brought the rating down for me. Would stay there again, but only if the price is right. Location is amazing. The Filipino folk music at the restaurant for dinner was a little too loud for me and lacked variety.

Love this place. Came all way from usa and this is best hotel to stay at. Breakfast is fire

This is one of the best hotel/resorts I have stayed in the Philippines, especially considering it is a provincial facility

Amazing pool grotto and staff were very friendly with prompt service.

My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. While the manager was pleasant enough and seemed concerned, I don’t think that she understood the gravity of my concern.
