Amenities had been shut down and also breakfast it was a terrible however there was potiential if it didnt happen when it did. Especially with toddlers and a pregnant wife.

the hotel it’s self was fine. the room was clean. the morning staff was fantastic. the overnight staff person i’m not sure was 100% willing to help me with an issue that i had with my reservation as it wasn’t showing up in their system. the people i was with had to be double charged to even get their rooms. & then expect a refund after. it was honestly just a cluster. but the cleanliness and friendliness was good.

We've stayed here many times. The room is very clean, the bed is super comfortable. We love they are pet friendly and don't charge a fortune. The staff are very friendly. The gal that prepares and runs the breakfast is wonderful and does a great job. Everything is tasty and well-prepared. We see her every trip, usually around Christmas, and she's always there. You feel like you're one of her own she's cooking for and always friendly. Really, the only thing that is less than stellar here is the fitness room. It's cramped with limited equipment. Wish there was a little more to it. But I appreciate there is one.

Breakfast was ok. Room was cleaned and sufficient space for 6 people. However shampoo and conditioner were not filled and I have to go to the front desk to get a conditioner. Door broke

It was nice but the glass shower door was broke and i couldnt close it when taking a shower! They shouldnt have given me that room. I was only there one night and by the time i took a shower it was too late to switch rooms

We were there for 5 nights and the front elevator was not working. I know hotel can’t help this but room was in front of hotel and had to walk 2 lengths of hotel to get to room. Using a cane this was difficult. More of an issue was no cleaning of rooms. There for 5 nights they only came once. With elevator it was a constant walk to get towels. Place was very clean. And breakfast and front staff great as well as breakfast person.

Went to a concert, came back and my Vera Bradley duffle bag was soaked along with all of my belongings inside. The AC unit had leaked all over the floor. My Vera bag is ruined due to the color bleeding from being soaked for hours. Was offered a refund, did not get it.
