Clean room and nice staff

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were on the firmer side ( which I like). It is truly a no frills hotel with easy access and close enough to town and U of A. There are basic items available in the a.m in the lobby like coffee, hot water, yogurt, bananas, etc..

Great place to stay, and the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Inn was extremely quite, just a Beautiful place. 😍

Hotel was nice and clean.

Loved everything about this hotel, such a cool, eclectic place! Great cocktail bar and rooms are very spacious and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

This is an extremely nice hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing with the linens super soft and fresh. The towels are extra large and fluffier than traditional hotel towels. Robes were available. We ordered room service twice and everything was delicious, arrived right on time, and was perfectly arranged. The pool is heated. My only complaint is that the resort is a bit noisy. There is a natural waterfall, artificial water features turned on most of the time, and loud music playing from two areas near the pool. The water flowing reminded me of the sound I hear in my yard when the neighbors air conditioner is on. I wanted more peace and quiet. That being said, the hotel excelled in most other areas.
