Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

First I,ll address the good. First off the bed. In a word...terrific. Price was ok also. Front desk suggested Crystal Beer was wonderful food. The staff was very helpful. Now not so good Valet was mandatory and was charged. There was no breakfast. The air conditioning didn,t work in our room after telling the front desk we called two hours later and was just moved to another room. Both bathrooms ( under the toilets hadn,t been touched in a while) Also the cream conditioner was empty...I used my sisters. Last but not least we called for our car and waited an hour for ( while we waited in the lobby ) my car. For a higher end hotel I really expected better service. Do better.

Location room for the Breakfast was very small, hard to move around and not much of a seating area. Had to take it back to the room to eat.
