I really liked the size of my apartment. I was pleased there was a full-sized fridge, an iron and ironing board, sink, plates and cutlery. I really liked having both a desk and a table. It was comfortable and welcoming. Another plus was: the lift was very quick. All staff were friendly.

The apartments here are spacious and well fitted. We had an in room washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The location is amazing to walk to peel st, one of the best areas for food in the CBD. The mall is 100m away and excellent shopping. The only two small things we wished were different was the parking and the air conditioning. The carpark onsite is convenient but extremely poky and crowded. We have a standard Ute and we had difficulty parking especially on the weekend when it was full. There was spaces available but just hard to manoeuvre. The only other thing I wished the room had was a fan or AC in the bedroom area. The wall to the bedroom didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was some airflow but it was still quite hot over it with the 1 AC unit to cool the apartment. Overall though we loved our stay and will be back

The beds were comfortable but the stairs to the loft room was dangerous especially at night when accessing the toilet. Only suitable for the young and fit. Needs to be noted in advertising about the degree of difficulty for anyone over 60yrs.
