We loved the hot tub, and the pub across the road has awesome meals. The area outside the hotel is a little roughish, but thats not the hotels fault. Very good security, and secure car park. One street back from the train station.

Very convenient hotel, close to the Adelaide Oval, Casino and Convention Centre. Although on a noisy street we couldn’t hear anything from our room. Breakfast is good with plenty of options

Main desk was fantastic and helpful. Room cleaners were poor. Failed to refresh inroom coffee, etc, three days out of five we stayed. Coffee cups and water/wineglasses were not cleaned either. It's the little things that can make a stay enjoyable. Bar staff were friendly and quick service. Very short staffed on our arrival on a public holiday. Restaurant was asked to prepare some steak to specific taste. I like a blue steak and I got medium rare. When your paying for a nice steak you exect it to be cooked properly. The room decore was a bit tired, and the outlook of the nearby roof areas, was not ideal. No instruction on how to use the telephone in the room, and the room smoke alarm was triggered when you had a nice hot shower, when the bathroom door was closed... Comparing this establishment to the same chain operating out of Hobart, I would choose Hobart every time. We were very dissapointed after our previous experiences with this chain of hotels. The area was ideal with multiple facilities and eateries in close proximity. Everything was in walking distance, which was really good. Loved Adelade, but the hotel needs some work on a few things to make the visit more pleasant.

Special thanks to the lady (not sure about the lady’s name at the reception on Saturday) but she seemed to be of South American or maybe Brazilian origin. She was extremely helpful all throughout our stay and quite prompt and resourceful. Appreciate her effort and customer friendly approach.
