Horrible music and DJ

Nice, funky room. Good quality finishing touches and great bathroom. Lower rating for me due to horrendous loud music in pool area outside. Banging DJ which could be heard at nightclub levels up on 3rd floor. Then afterwards the lobby music was played so loud it could also be heard up the staircase and through into room corridors. You will need earplugs. Poor soundproofing...and honestly, the DJ playing in the evening is a real mistake. I didn't see any other guests enjoying it....

Staff service was excellent as always. Lovely to have the view across the park. Easy to walk everywhere but also conveniently located to public transport if you prefer not to walk.

Awesome stay

We loved the Alba hotel , the staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. The room was clean and really comfortable bed . We also loved the pool and access to bar area. Parking very convenient too. We would definitely stay again when visiting the city .

Hotel as expected of good standard, room clean and well maintain although curtains did not fully prevent light entering room at night or day so negative there. Hotel busy and pool very popular limited menu at restaurant. Staff friendly and happy to help or answer questions.

Amazing, modern hotel with a fabulous vibe! We unfortunately had a noise disruption on our first night, we notified staff and were relocated to a new room immediately, could not speak more highly of the accomodating staff. Will definitely be back!

A great refurbishment of an older hotel . Pool area was top notch, although popular as others can buy a day pass and there’s only 10 sunlounges . Lovely poolside atmosphere. Bed was super comfy and the park side room was quite spacious . Bathroom was well fitted out but quite small . Staff were attentive and helpful .Walking distance to many places and public transport nearby , which is free . Would stay again .

Was a really nice stay. Rooms were clean and very nice for the price. Breakfast and coffees were well made. Kids loved the pool. Paying to park on site was the only let down. We will definitely be back again thank you.

The property is in a good location and the pool was a key aspect of this property for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 8) in January and was a nice temperature and winner for the kids . The hotel is close to family friendly restaurants/ park and not far drive from key attractions. housekeeping was disappointing as we came from a day out to a sink full of dirty dishes (coffee cups left in water in bathroom sink ) and no towels being left in room or available- front desks resolutions to these issue was less than satisfactory. Breakfast was not value for money for what would expect for full paying adults - overall a nice hotel but things that could be improved.
