Stayed 30/7 - great room! Stayed 1/8- ridiculous room. Advertised with king bed, was a bed that needed a stepladder to get on, no space either side of the bed. No TV, no fridge, no kettle, still $229 for the night. Very disappointed, and very squeezy! Need to change booking information for these matchbox room.

No compassion for an end of life situation

Unbelievable that an airport hotel, which must see numerous changes to bookings due to flight cancellations etc, would not show compassion for a family death and allow a change of date, credit voucher, or refund. Shame on Atura. Last time we stay there.
