Great property, Joel the Bellman is very attentive and helpful, however the front office are lacking of guest engagement.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room did not have a refrigerator, which would have been helpful. There was also no hot water readily available—we had to request it each time. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially around the base of the toilet, which was noticeably dirty. There was also no bath mat or floor rug, making the bathroom floor slippery after showering. Overall, the room lacked some basic amenities and cleanliness that we expected. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

The hotel is nice and located across from mall less than minute from the hotel’s lobby. The WiFi is good and good AC. The property does need to be repaired a bit. The electric lock on the door was loose, multiple cracks in the walls and AC housing ceiling was pulling apart and the bathroom sink had a small hole in the sink. Overall a good stay but like I said needs to be maintained a bit more.
