Continental breakfast advertised but not available

The shower didn't work properly, the room was adequate for our needs. Breakfast was fruit, cakes and mini donuts. Coffee was very weak. Not bad for what it is, a motel in rural Tennessee. Owners and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

the rooms are in need of repairs. the sink leaked, the bed sheets were stained horribly, i truly would not recommend the hotel to anyone

Several light switches were broken. The shower head was extremely clogged so water sprayed everywhere. Televisions were too small and we had a king suite. Hallways smel

We always feel welcome at Mountain Harbour - the breakfast is exceptional, and the hosts are lovely people who go above and beyond for their guests. Thanks for another great stay!

The hotel itself was nice - the mattress in the king size bed was horrible. Was there 3 nights and got very little sleep. Hardly saw any employees- only a guy behind the desk that never lifted his head to speak when we walked by. Called down to the front desk right after we checked in for more towels - they only left 2 bath towels in the room. He said we could have more but we would have to come and pick them up. He had no one to bring some to our room. Long story short- you get what you pay for. Will not go back there.
