I liked nothing about the property, the first room was dirty, it had bug everywhere, dirty tray in the room and moldy refrigerator. The door in addition would not lock . When reported the door situation, the staff gave us another dirty room with no curtain in the shower, bugs all over the room and the refrigerator full of mold .

Property was very nasty. The rooms were dirty. The mattress on the bed looked like somebody died in it. Ask for another room. No extra lock on that room. People living in that motel long term. Plumbing was bad. The first room looked like the toilet was leaking. The second room they put me in wouldn't even flush to look paper. There were people walking around at all times of good night. Look like a few of the people around there were selling drugs. There was a car in the parking lot with No license plate. Expire tags on the window. A lot of riff left hanging around. Just Over all real dirty and run down hotel.

Certainly. Here’s a neutral, fact-based version of your message with no emotional tone: ⸻ I previously used Expedia for hotel reservations and had satisfactory experiences. This time, I booked Baymont by Wyndham in Abilene, Texas, for two separate stays related to a work training. After viewing the room during my first stay, I cancelled the second reservation. The condition of the property did not match the images shown online. The exterior had visible litter, including cigarette butts, bottles, and shoes. Due to the demanding nature of the training, I did not allocate time to speak with management about canceling or switching rooms. The room had a stained comforter, so I removed it and purchased cleaning supplies, a new pillow, and a comforter. There was a sticky residue on the TV stand, stains on the wall near the sink, and a hanger left behind. The shower curtain was stained, the tub drained poorly, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The desk chair also appeared unclean. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We didn’t even make it to the room because the area just did not feel safe. The lobby smelled funny and the pictures on the internet did not match the actual hotel.

Dont stay here!!

Lobby stunk really bad when we first went in. When we got to our room, it smelled like cat feces. Got moved to another room and they were small beds. The floor in our room was filthy. There was hair on the toilet and the tub. Very loud traffic, and we could hear people in the other rooms. When you walk outside, you could smell weed. And everybody was smoking. It was disgusting. I would sleep in my car before. I would ever stay at this place again. Next time I will bite the bullet and pay the extra hundred and something dollars to stay in one of the surrounding hotels. If you have other options, please do not stay at this place because I. Also felt unsafe. Our room had an adjoining room and I was worried about that.

This hotel is horrible!! $130 for a nasty hotel . The room was horrible, the floors were dirty with hair , dirt , bugs on the floor . The bathroom was the same bugs and dirt in the corners . The tub was dirty with hair and it wasn’t clean at all . Left to go eat we came back and people were smoking marijuana outside . The pictures they have online is deceiving , it doesn’t look like that at all . There wasn’t any continental breakfast. I am so disappointed with my stay. We will never go back to that place . Hopefully they will shut this location down.

The first room they gave me was not clean.147 so they changed me to 156 it was clean but water pressure in bathroom was terrible after water ran for about 6.minutes it slowed down to drips. People were outside our room until late into night smoking weed and talking loud

Weekend stay in Abilene

The property was very old. Tub was stained. Security lock had screws pulling out of the door, which had big cracks you could see daylight through. Lots of construction workers staying there. I thought it was pricey for the condition of the property. My advice....spend the money and stay in the Holiday Inn next door.
