Dirty floors

The floors were disgusting in the room took a white towel and wiped up a 3 x 3 spot and it never almost completely brown. If you were barefoot, you could feel something really sticky. It would turn your feet black. If you’re wearing socks, it would turn your socks black too also.

Great service but room had challenges

The hotel staff were all amazing. I would stay here again, but only for how friendly and helpful the staff were. When we walked into our room it was very clean and spacious, but than the main light started flickering. We couldn't keep it on and it was the main light in the room without the blinds open. Then when I went to the bathroom, there was no stand or holder or anything for the toilet paper. We had to open a roll and put it on the sink and it got wet. The air conditioning cooled the room great but it was loud and rattled so every time it came on while we were sleeping it woke us up. The breakfast was delicious and they can make anything. Another big highlight.

The room was very nice and spacious, there is a great snack bar to purchase your evening cravings. The bar is open till 10 pm.
