Our room was awful. Carpets and furniture dirty throughout. For what we paid and the condition it was in, a 10% discount seems hardly fair. Enough photos were provided. Sadly will not return. Ever.

The hotel is in a good location, it's in front of the beach, but it's an old hotel but they're trying to maintain it as best they can, but for the price I can't complain much, I really liked that the rooms are large, it has a living room, kitchen and bedroom, I liked that a lot.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly, helpful and took care of our needs. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because the restaurant was closed down and there wasn’t a continental breakfast. We had to go off site for all our meals.

The staff was very nice. It was a pleasant check in and check out. The only complaint I have about the hotel is the lack of cleanliness. We had the 2 bdrm dog friendly. They should really take out the stained carpets in the rooms and just all hardwood floor. it smelled of animals, while i was understaning, my allergies kicked my butt. I seen a review that mentioned the bathrooms needed new caulking and it was molding/black. I assumed they would have fixed that because that review was months ago. But our tub was absolutely nasty. The caulking was needing to be redone, but there was caked on dirt in the corner of the shower on the water splash gaurd. It seems like they dont do a greay job on cleaning the bathrooms. Everything else was nice. Our 2 rm suite was spacious, a dinning room, kitchen and a living with extra space. This hotel has so much potential to be great. They need to hire good cleaners and a maintenance team to fix up the place. But the price was good for the type of room we got which is why i chose this place. It would have been nice to take a shower though.

It is nice. I've stayed here in the past. It's just the toilet really had a problem. It was very bad. Did not work. The reservations was wrong. It was supposed to be two bathrooms so I only got one. It was five of us so it was difficult.

This place is so gross. They don't provide the basic amenities that are listed. No soap, 1 towel for 3 people, no wash cloths, no hand towels, the pool heater is broken. There is a coffee machine, but no filters, cups or coffee. The carpet felt moist, almost like waking on moss. I will never stay here again.

I love that there is a full kitchen, a closed off bedroom, and a fireplace, the ground floor is WONDERFUL for having pets and sitting outside relaxing. The room we had however smelled heavy of mildew and mold in the carpets and kitchen drawers but, its was fine for what we needed. They should probably ripe the carpet out of 117. Advisable tip only. Still enjoyed our stay, like always!

Pet rooms have FLEAS

We booked 2 rooms. 1 was a pet friendly room. This room was infested with fleas! My frenchies were laying on the ground for 1 hour and we took them out and we were able to see fleas crawling in their fur. The hotel did nothing about it. 2 days we complained & they wouldn't accommodate us. No room change. No discount. Nothing.
