The host Alvero was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was clean and very spacious. The jacuzzi tub / shower combo could’ve used a shower curtain so it didn’t spray all over the floor.

This place was great. Clean, well located, great amenities. Stayed in the 3rd floor unit which was basically an apartment. Would definitely recommend this property.

What I didn’t like was that there was no bottle of water in the room complementary even when the place is like 100 degree warm . He told us that the water are in the lower level and the miniature size water was 2 euros . We didn’t eat breakfast there as we had to leave early

We truly enjoyed our stay except for the ticket on our car. Parking is a HUGE problem here. Not a lot of options for eating.

Staff were excellent at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is also very nice, although being in Spain, it did not open for dinner until 9pm. In the bar, drinks and tapas were available in the afternoon. Huge wine selection. Parking was onsite and free. The only negative was that the toilet in our room continued to run water (sometimes, not always). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Very difficult to access! All done on line with no one at the property. Room was large with good bed and shower but extremely frustrating to understand parking, room entrance process, WiFi access, whether wine left in the room was complimentary or for sale- was for sale we found out after leaving. App to check in and access apartment was awful with a bad rating on the App Store. 22 steps to get to the apartment, no elevator. AC did not work. This was like an AirBnB not a hotel that should be on hotels.com.
