Equipe muito gentil, desde o checkin até o checkout. Café da manhã variado e com muita qualidade, piscina maravilhosa e a vista é o ponto alto da estadia no Gran Meliá Iguazú. Fiz a viagem com o meu marido e não faria com o nosso filho, nesse quesito, falta infraestrutura para receber crianças (espaço kids, piscina aquecida, recreação).

A beautiful, clean hotel with a great restaurant and helpful staff in a relaxing and lovely setting. I hope to be able to return some day.

The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests.

Our room - 203 - was supposed to have been one of the "renovated" ones. If that is true, I'd hate to see how to non-renovated rooms look like. The shower head was rusted and clearly ancient and the hand shower came apart (we showed to photo to the receptionist) . When we arrived, 3 out of 4 towels were dirty or stained (we asked them to be changed) The breakfast is mediocre. On the balcony there were 2 small chairs but no table (not even a small table to put a coffee cup on!). The only good thing about this hotel is the view to the river, otherwise is not worth it. It is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel.
