The hotel was a great locations few minutes walk to Zurich HB. The Staff were helpful. But no restaurant in hotel. They do serve a good buffet breakfast in the bar area. Room is very small and no drawers in room.

This hotel is perfect. I took the train in from the airport and walked just a few minutes to a quiet street to find Ruby Mini. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s centrally located with everything you need and the rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. It has a fun and young vibe to it that made my trip to Zurich feel homey and safe. I would definitely stay here again and glad I found it for my first time there.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

This trip was horrible. The hotel had no air-conditioning. They put me on the fourth floor and heat rises so it was very hot. There was no refrigerator in the room. They would not give me a washcloth so that I could wash my face. They didn’t even know what it was. They told me to use a towel from the shower to wash my face. There is no water to drink in the room and wanted to charge me like six dollars for a bottle of water . My friend was stuck in their elevator for an hour and 45 minutes and they didn’t seem to care at all. We had to call the fire department ourselves because they did not. There was no phone in the room so anytime I needed something. I had to go down four flights of stairs because I refuse to refuse the elevator after my friend was stuck in it. The room was so tiny that if you needed to get to the other side of the bed, you had to crawl over the bed because there was not enough space to walk between the bed and the wall where the TV was hanging. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The hotel itself was beautiful, with lots of charming details and unique touches. However, our room left much to be desired. We were placed on the top floor, which sounded promising, but the view was nonexistent. The windows were sky lights and made the room 1000 degrees. Thankfully, there were window covers that’s helped tremendously. The ceilings were so low that it was difficult to stand comfortably, and the room felt very cramped. The main “amenity” was a guitar amp, which seemed impractical for most guests. While the overall property was stylish and well done, the room experience unfortunately did not match the rest of the hotel.

Great place to stay right in the middle of all the action. It worked very well as we wanted to stay close to the train station. Also this place is right next to the shopping hub with excellent food options all around within walking distance. As for as negatives, the room we stay was very small and very pricey, or else everything is wonderful.
