The location even though was 20 muns away from central was conveniently located next to the trams so it was a perfect location. Very clean, staff was super nice and room was comfortable!

Great hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a self catering suite which had everything you would need. We made use of the restaurant one night which was really good! Staff were really helpful. The hotel was well located, a short distance from the airport but also convenient for travelling into Zurich city centre, just a tram ride away.

1-night stay in Zurich for a few hours. Found this option semi-close to the airport. I appreciated the rooms were updated. No TV. Restroom was a good size. Lighting was a bit dim so made use of natural light when we could. The lobby was cozy. Staff was helpful. AC had minimal cooling as did the mini fridge. Did not keep our drinks cool at all. Overall good for pricing and purpose.

Disappointing. Convenient for access to town centre and a decent, if expensive, Italian restaurant. However, accommodation, whilst adequate is dark and the lighting is poor. Our bedside lamp didn’t work and I had to request a replacement bulb each day for four days before I eventually got one, despite being told somebody would be sent up immediately on each occasion. The additional coat hangers I requested never arrived! Housekeeping somewhat hit and miss, you may get your room serviced and you may not, you’re unlikely to get your bedding changed every other day as stated, we were there for a week and it wasn’t changed at all. Random selection of crockery and cutlery in the kitchenette. Expected more for the price paid.

This is a really amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. The bathroom is fantastic and spacious. Shower is big and water pressure and warmth is great. Only downside is the room lighting, there is no main light. Location is great only a couple minutes walk to the nearest tram stop - that takes you both into the centre of Zurich one way and the airport the other way. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here!

the staff of the hotel were fantastic and they accomodated any extra items we needed with speed and grace. They were professional and friendly. My only concern was the restaurant below - the food was okay, and the staff there seemed indifferent, short, and not very friendly. For breakfast, the bacon was inedible, and hot food was often cold. It was the worst breakfast we had on our trip. It was disappointing. But I know that isn't a Radisson issue - otherwise we had a fantastic stay!
