Water leaked from the shower to the room , room is terribly small and the shower is too closed to the bed. Asked for a bigger room but they said thats the size for all of their room, they gave towels to dry the leaked shower water. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I stayed at this hotel in Zurich and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in Switzerland (although still expensive compared to other countries). A few things future guests should be aware of: The bathroom and toilet area are quite small. Only towels, soap, and shampoo are provided — no other toiletries, so it’s better to bring anything else you may need. There is no water boiler or fridge in the room. The biggest inconvenience was the electrical sockets. Switzerland uses a different socket type than most of Europe. We had to either go downstairs to charge our devices or buy an adapter at the reception for 16 CHF. In other countries, like Spain, a universal adapter costs only 3 EUR, and some hotels in Switzerland do provide European sockets in the rooms. So I recommend bringing a universal adapter with you. On the positive side, as with most hotels in Switzerland, everything is very clean, and public transportation is directly in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy and, while it met our needs, it was very small but adequate. Staff responded promptly when we did not know how to turn the lights on and were help and friendly. Biggest negative was lack of dining choices within walking a reasonable distance!

Layover place

Had overnight layover and needed a place for the night. Check-in was easy and staff friendly. We walked from the airport, took about 25 minutes. The tram does go from the airport to the hotel (directly across the street). If you are American the breakfast won't be the greatest. But there is a nice selection of food. Rooms are very small. There is little to no privacy if you are sharing room. There is a small fee once you get the hotel for tourist tax or something. About $7-9 USD.

The tram is located next to the hotel and is only a few minutes from the airport. Very convenient and the front desk gives you specific directions and times of the tram to Zurich airport. They also give you a coupon for Just Eats which we used so we could relax and eat in our room before our flight the next day. The rooms were clean, small but perfect for one night stay. The staff was great, very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

It would have been nice for a run down of the facilities. Everything seemed like a process that could have been avoided upon telling me when breakfast was, if it was included, where to pay for parking etc. The staff didn't seem very happy or inviting at the desk (in comparison to all of my other accommodations)

The room was comfortable but nothing great. Too small for 2 people forget 3. Its convenient for easy transportation to the airport. Has vending machines and breakfast option. Just wish the room was bigger with a fully loaded bathroom.

No a great experience unfortunately. We were woken in the early hours by people being load in the middle patio area which our room was above ( the noise was heard through a close window). When i contacted Ibis they really couldnt give a damn that it had really upset my son and practically ruined our last day due to being so tired as the noise went on for hours with no staff being bothered to approach the people making the noise. I have no issue with people having a chat and fun but at 2am , 3am and 4am in the morning its ridiculous! Definitely wouldn't recommend
