I stayed at this hotel in Zurich and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in Switzerland (although still expensive compared to other countries).
A few things future guests should be aware of:
The bathroom and toilet area are quite small.
Only towels, soap, and shampoo are provided — no other toiletries, so it’s better to bring anything else you may need.
There is no water boiler or fridge in the room.
The biggest inconvenience was the electrical sockets. Switzerland uses a different socket type than most of Europe. We had to either go downstairs to charge our devices or buy an adapter at the reception for 16 CHF. In other countries, like Spain, a universal adapter costs only 3 EUR, and some hotels in Switzerland do provide European sockets in the rooms. So I recommend bringing a universal adapter with you.
On the positive side, as with most hotels in Switzerland, everything is very clean, and public transportation is directly in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
