The location and access from the train station are awkward. Confusing signage. Person at reception desk was not friendly. Otherwise a nice and quiet hotel at a good price point. There should be free coffee in the lobby for people who don't have time for breakfast.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and was a good choice for our last night in Switzerland, catching an early flight. We have stayed at the adjacent Hyatt Regency property and it is much more upscale. This particular hotel is geared toward a particular traveler and was fine for a quick stopover. However, the lobby layout seems to be poorly designed and the whole area is very noisy. It appeared the restaurant kitchen was across the lobby from the restaurant tables, and service was erratic. The primary focus the lobby is the bar, which is not how I choose a particular hotel. Nonetheless, the staff was nice during what appeared to be a very busy check-in and check-out time. Special thanks to Tina who checked us in was very kind and efficient.

The hotel lobby was attractive, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The property is not actually located inside the airport, which made arrival late at night inconvenient. It was further than we thought. There was a long line at check-in late at night, and when I asked for water, the front desk agent simply told me to drink tap water instead of offering bottled water — surprising for a Hyatt. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite calling twice, nothing was resolved until we insisted on a room change. The staff made us feel uncomfortable about the request and even implied we were exaggerating. The replacement room was an accessible wheelchair / downgrade room without a coffee maker. The next morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the front desk. Overall, this experience did not reflect Hyatt’s usual level of service, and we would not stay here again.
