Excellent hotel, great location. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, stove top and cookware. Comfortable beds. The Sign restaurant was very good Swiss cuisine. The only minus was the electronic check-in. We couldn’t figure it out. We had problems at a hotel in Germany with same type of check-in. Maybe it just doesn’t work for citizens from the USA or it could just be us. As the cleaning crew were there they got us in our room. Hotel is an easy 5-min walk to train or tram; Coop, Migros and Denner grocery stores too. Nice cafe down the street. Would definitely stay here on our next visit to Zurich.

I had some issues checking it and the staff there (the lady at the bar) was SUPER nice! I wish I could’ve gotten her name, but she was very sweet and helpful. The rooms was beautiful! Loved this hotel!

There was a challenge checking in but the staff at the restaurant assisted swiftly. Check-in is done through a machine, therefore no one to assist as there is no receptionist. Once this is done, the rest of the stay becomes very relaxing. The property is quaint, clean and beautifully decorated. Such luxurious finishes with a touch of class and comfort.

Central clean hotel and Convenient.

This hotel is very central to train line and within 10 minute walking distance of a shopping mall. The space was clean and comfortable. My husband and I are not as tech savvy as some and check-in is done via a machine. We struggled with this, however a cleaner on staff assisted us and we got in successfully.

No communication about where to park as this property doesn’t have a garage, but offers parking. Inquired about parking days prior to arrival and no response. My first morning in the room and half of the electrical stopped working. Could not the use microwave, couldn’t use the kettle, half the lights in my room were out. They were to have tech to come by and fix it at a said time, I waited and no one showed at said time. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had scheduled appointments to attend to. My stay was for only two nights and had a few issues. It was a bit frustrating.

Lovely self-catering hotel. Be aware of the noise!

Great location & fantastic self-catering facilities. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is above a restaurant and night club so it gets very noisy at night. Close to the tube & supermarkets too. This hotel isn’t staffed though so you self-check in using a machine

This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities for long term stay. It’s 8 minutes walk from the train station that takes you straight to central Zurich in 10 mins. There were several supermarkets at walkable distance and also some cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay which was clean, adorable and convenient!

This place is the best deal in Europe. You get a huge room a five minute walk to the HB. From there you’re looking at a ten minute ride into town. Less than half the price of anything else in the city. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Lots of little grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby.
