Front desk staff are amazing!!, They booked all our daily tours in Zurich and helped me to by train tickets to Geneva at very discounted rate . Without their help I would have paid 2 times more . Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again

A nice hotel that is next door to a nightclub. If you get a room on the hallway ends, there is a chance you will have music thumping all night. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they were like “ yeah, there’s a club next door”.

Good location

Overall it was a decent hotel in a good location near the train station. Staff were nice. It wasn’t the nicest hotel we stayed at throughout our trip, yet it was the most expensive.

Loved this hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly and the room was great. Bed was super comfy and was a perfect base to explore Zurich from. Super close to the train station too which was helpful!

Overall a good stay. Could not adjust the room temperature, room was too hot. Quite noisy at night outside so could not leave the window open either. Staff was very nice, bed was comfortable. Great location close to train station and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

Clean, nice updated hotel

I had a micro room (twin bed, think of a studio apartment) and it was perfect. Everything about my stay was great. The only thing that isn't related to the hotel but affected my stay was being on the first floor streetside. I felt like I was sleeping on the street the noise was very bad. People outside making noise and I didn't sleep great. Access to city shops was nice tho and a 7 min walk to the train station was convenient.
