The staff wee great had no issues with the property was clean but unfortunately no one cleaned my room or my parents we came back the maids didn’t bother to clean or take the rubbish or replace items so that was disappointing that’s never happened before was a letdown otherwise I would have come back and also no ac made the rooms stuffy

The room itself was nice and clean and spacious. My only issue was the directions on how to find the hotel from the train station as well as getting to the airport. We ended up having to walk 2 miles with all our luggage to the airport.

We at the hotel during my trip to Zurich. This was our second time here. The hotel is conveniently located where you can easily get a train to the City Centre. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants close by as well including Aldi. The staff is very nice and friendly but if you are travelling in the summer, make sure you check prior as the hotel doesn’t have any air conditioning. They give you 2 fans in the room but those don’t help much. There is a fridge in the room if you are looking to store some food or leftovers. Overall nice place but I wouldn’t book it again in the summer.

The hotel is well located and easy to reach. All staff were really helpful and were responsive. The only issue was lack of air conditioning in the rooms that would have made it 5 stars especially when staying in the summer

I was very surprised to learn that the restaurant was closed at weekends. I have never experienced that in almost 20 years of travelling. I was away to Lucerne all day and returned to the hotel very tired and hungry. Everything else was excellent. Location was great for the airport and city centre. Staff were great, breakfast was excellent. The rooms wete spacious and very clean. House keeping was very good too. I thought the spa facility chargeable at 90 franks for 90 minutes was way too expensive, that put me off even trying it. Im a member of a 5 🌟 hotel spa facility and I'm £70 for the month. Overall a great place to stay, I'd recommend the restaurant to be open at the weekends, that's all 🙏

Wonderful hotel. Room was a lot larger than we were expecting. There was heaps of storage space to help with keeping the floor clear. Room was very clean and comfortable.
