All staff I encountered was lovely and it was a great bonus to have ice pops and some snacks for free in the lobby, breakfast was good as well. My room was clean and nice, it even had a small balcony. Most hotels in Zurich don’t have air conditioning in the summer so I expected it to be warm and it was, but the staff did their best to help with this as much as possible.

We loved the area because we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. We were right near the train station. The restaurant that the hotel set up breakfast in was so charming and the breakfast was delicious! The staff so welcoming and wanted to make sure that you had everything that you would like to eat! We would absolutely stay there again!

Great breakfast and amenities to keep you from complaining about the sauna in the bedroom without AC . Really sad a best western doesn’t keep up with standards at the cost they are charging for one night

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and I really liked the free mini bar in the room and free water bottles in the lobby. However, the room was super hot. They put a small fan but wasn’t helping a lot. If they had an air conditioner it would be great! Keep this in mind if you are traveling in Summer.

The property is fine except that the ac system’s exhaust was put outside that did not allow the door to be closed. So, the room never cooled down. The other major problem was that when I requested to reserve a taxi for transportation to the airport, the front desk staff reserved one of the most expensive taxi services; it costed 70 Euro for a 15 min drive. This is insane.
