This is a gem of a hotel. Tucked away so you wouldn’t even know it was there. We arrived at night and it was beautifully lit and in a gorgeous setting. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The chef is great - highly recommend having dinner there. They also booked a tour and guide for us which was great. Everyone and everything is perfect.

Lovely room layout and design. But needs urgent attention for maintenance in regards to electrical fittings and ceiling mirror anchors, electrical towel warmers

Garden Zen was truly an amazing resort nestled along the Yulong River allowing you to discover the region at your own pace while enjoying quality amenities and top-notch service. Pool was amazing in the heat and we got to enjoy morning meditation and Tai Chi sessions!

Th owner and the staff are the best!!! Really attentive and looking into ensuring every guest has the best time possible. All of them nice and caring. The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful in helping us organise that. All in all a great experience !!!
