Great location. Just a mile walk to the east gate entrance. Right in the middle of everything. Only downside is the beds were not that comfortable.

Our stay in this place is amazing. The view in our room is priceless. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is perfect . Miss feeding the fish in pond.Highly recommended this place.

It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.

The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. The property itself is well maintained though quite old and main drawbacks is the fact that the property itself is old as well as the fact that people smoke within and outside the premises. This makes for a poorer experience otherwise I will give it 5 stars.

Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off booking this property, it’s perfect for a stay in Zhangjiajie. Before our visit, Sunny had been in touch and had helped us to plan our activities. We were picked up from the airport, then Sunny met us to talk through what we had booked, which was a great help. All the staff are friendly and helpful, they can’t be faulted. Our rooms were great, and the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the East gate of the park. After a busy day, we returned to be given a full afternoon tea, which was delicious. There is a free laundry which is very useful I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel ☺️
