10000/10 Javier was a wonderful host, would highly recommend. He was very accommodating, very helpful with local suggestions. We had issues finding the location, he even went to go find us. Absolutely wonderful experience. The dome was one of the coolest experiences we’ve had yet.

No words I can write could ever do this place justice. The views are unbelievable and the amenities in the room go above and beyond expectations! There were umbrellas, card games, a telescope for looking at the stars, an outside lounge net, a hot tub on the balcony, and even the shower had a window with an amazing view! Alex was so welcoming and friendly! He recommended the best dining spots and brought us on a night-walking tour and a guided tour of the Monteverde Hanging Bridges!

This is a barely discovered gem, a rare destination that will leave you with lifelong memories. We stayed here 9 years ago, and returned this summer. The rainforest location is unique. We stayed in a treehouse, with frequent visits from spider monkeys and seemingly endless species of birds. We partook for a second time the riverboat tour through the local rainforest, up through the Nicaragua border. We saw spectacular macaws, toucans, and numerous other bird species. We encountered crocodiles, circling vultures over cow pastures, a green river snake swimming at the town boat dock. We saw other monkey species hanging out in the trees, iguanas… But perhaps most memorable to us was the genuineness of the Eco Lodge staff. Many are local, and share with us their pride in their community. Their true warmth allows us to experience the rainforest, not as a visiting tourist, but as a proud local. The guides are wonderful! They are smart, engaging and passionate. Even on our return boat ride across the river to the parking area, the staff member took a slight detour to point out colorful macaws eating fruit in a tree on the riverbank. We came with our family, there were tourists of all ages, from young children to older retirees. Our binoculars and telephoto lenses got quite the workout! While we are not professional birdwatchers, the diversity was remarkable. And, we found fellow tourists to be grounded, appreciative of life and the opportunity. Thank you staff!!!

If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great wifi. In the middle of nowhere. Deep jungle. The rafting is world class. I had a Linda vista villa and it was an absurd amount of space and privacy with a personal plunge pool. Come back from dinner and your lights are on, fan going and curtains drawn. Seriously, stay here. I'm coming back again someday.

I don’t know where to start!! The resort is beautiful! The entire staff was accommodating and excited to be of service. From the moment I pulled out n front of the door Luis was kind and exceptional. Brandon and Dillon handled the reservation and welcome package. Oscar the kitchen/restaurant manager made the comfortable and he made sure every room service order was of high standard. This is not a resort, it should be labeled a retreat. Beautiful waterfalls sprawl the property. There are trails to explore all over. Last but not least, this place is best known for for its renown spa named Ayura. The masseuse hands were graced by angels. For couples if this place don’t get the spark going nothing will. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. Three swimming pools but the sunset pool is the star of the show.
