Great hotel. Quiet. Lovely food. Great transport links

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.

Great hotel and great location to explore!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel for 3 nights. Great location for exploring the city and a 10min walk from the airport bus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for hotels in Sevilla!

Location and boutique feel to the property. Everything was walkable, and many wonderful restaurants close by. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
