The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day, which became repetitive after a while. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the issue was not resolved even though we reported it after our first night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop, making it very convenient to travel to the city centre.
