We went to Yuma for a River Float and stayed here at the recommendation of friends that had been there before. I have to say, you can't beat the price per night--and although I had very low expectations--the rooms didn't even meet that expectation. The rooms were outdated, dirty (found a twizzler behind the bathroom door), curtains had holes in them, the gaps in the door you could see light and feel the heat seeping in to a room that already had a compromised AC unit. The lady at the front desk was nice and the location was perfect. But this poor old motel needs lots of love. P.S. although I never saw one--my friends staying in the room next to me (with a small kitchen) had a cockroach problem which forced them to check out after just one night!

Nice, clean hotel rooms for clean comfortable but outdated definitely you could see the wear and tear in the aging in the bathrooms, the refrigerator didn’t keep anything really cool. It was a good night sleep. Definitely will we book to stay there again. Parking lots a little odd for your room parking.

The whole place smelled awful and the people in the room next to me kept up a lot of noise. Light bulb was out so had to go ask for one. It really was pretty bad.
