Fabulous Stay

Having travelled to Ypres on a number of occasions, this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I can’t find any fault. The location to the town and Menin Gate is great, hotel rooms are a good size and modern. Good parking for cars and motorcycles. Lovely helpful staff

Unfortunate to have a room near the utility/room service store - as twice found it disturbingly noisy when trolleys outside room were loaded with glasses and bottles - very noisy and seemed to go on for ever!!! Not great! arrived on a Sunday and the hotel didn’t offer evening meal - but plenty to choose from in town. On a positive note the room was very nice and parking on site! (Didn’t have the breakfast but hear it is good!)

Ypres Stay.

Great hotel, but unfortunately room was right next to the lift so a bit noisy. On check in we were also told our room was not ready so we were kindly given a couple of free drinks vouchers. After sitting for a short while we were then told this was a mistake and our room was actually ready it was someone else’s room that wasn’t so could they have their drinks vouchers back. When checking in I always ask, not to have a room not next to the lift, only to be told this was not possible as the rooms were already allocated despite checking in early on. Clearly, my request was just too much work for someone to sort. Sad really as this hotel is normally superb.

This place was awesome

Everything exceeded expectations. The room was huge and comfortable. Bed was also large and extremely comfortable. Parking was very easy and convenient. Location was perfect as well. My only regret is just spending one night here 😭

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Loved the Hotel, our room had a calming ambience and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choices. Staff were welcoming at all times. Hotel is in a convenient location with only a 10 minute walk to main square.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Staff were so lovely and Bianca and Sur were extremely helpful in helping us get our rooms sorted before our stay. The food is also incredible, the restaurant staff really know what they’re doing and so attentive. They made our entire evening!
