Camping fail.

We had gone tenting and my teens were tired of freezing. We decided very last minute to spend the last night in the nearest city. Not only was there a room available but it was very clean and comfortable. The girls loved not being cold and having a bed.

It smelled like they had just sprayed for bed bugs and we did see a dead one. Expedia bookings get the worst rooms with the worst views farthest away from the main desk. The front desk personnel did not inspire confidence in the unprofessional way they were dressed and groomed. There were no water bottles in the machine and very costly.

We loved everything about our stay except that the water slides are only open on the weekend. The slide was a big reason why I picked this place, so we were disappointed that it wasn’t running during our stay. But everything else was nice, clean, the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are spacious but the carpet was damp and the room had a bad odor. They were able to move us to a room that was better but the beds were both very hard. The evening check in was quick and the attendant did help change our room but she was not very friendly .

It was a good stay overall however there are not enough handicap stalls available for guests that need this. There were only two spots I believe with about six spots for premium members.
