This hotel is awful. When we walked in to check in there was a drunk person sleeping in the lobby. When we got to our room, it smelled terrible and the toilet did not work. We were given another room but the air unit had a loud clacking sound. The hotel is dated and terribly maintained. I ended up letting the staff know that we were cancelling our stay and needed a refund. We left and booked a different hotel. But I have to say that the staff were amazing - Kumar and Joy at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. They tried their best but this experience was beyond their control. I commend the staff and hope they can find a better place to work. Thank you Kumar and Joy, your customer service and kind personalities were very much appreciated but everything else about this hotel was unbearable.
I fid not mind the room, what i did not like was the fact that breakfast is only from 5:30 am to 8:00 am, which i found ridiculous!! Most times people dont get up until 730 or 8, especially when on vacation. Apparently it was to accommodate the construction workers, but we are also paying guests so we should be accommodated too. I do not recommend this hotel at all!
Check in mix up with a relative, no bottled water available after we were told the tap water was not recommended.
Hallways had odour neutralizer to the extreme, very hard for asthmatics
Toilet did not flush properly and needed to fix myself.
