Everything was perfect from the welcome staff to the departure and their attention to detail of each guest... at least i felt that we were well taken care of.
Lobby reception area that will pretty much give an idea of the quality of service and room comfort.

Hard to find if you dont know where you going. Taxi drops you off and then you must find the signs for the reception floor. Amazing bakery place. One of the best japanese breakfasts in a hotel out of 7+stays in Japan. Beats some higher class properties. Clean modern no complaints

Bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were excellent. We got pajamas. If there is one thing, at least one crew member should be able to speak English. Even though there was an electronic translator , the translation was not accurate.

Newer hotel next to Yokohama station. Good direct access to Haneda Airport using the Keikyu line. Lots of shopping options in the area. Good breakfast but not a full buffet. I would return again as I feel it is a good value for the area, a step above other midrange hotels,

It was very hard to get the air conditioner to work, it was situated only in the bedroom, so some areas in the unit were hot. Service was excellent and hotel very clean. Staff very friendly

Excellent location, just next to Yokohama Station. Unlike other hotels where you have to keep an eye out for an available washing machine, this hotel is very thoughtful and has machines on three different floors. On the floor I stayed, there were three machines, and they were always available. I stayed at two different hotels during this trip, and my 6-year-old daughter asked me, “Can we stay there again next time?”
