직원분이 친절하게 대응해 주셨고 갑작스럽게 비가와서 우산을 준비하지 못했는데 친절하게 렌탈해주셔서 비를 맞지 않고 저녁식사를 하러 갈수 있었습니다 4인가족이라 남자2여자2가족실을 사용했으나 가족실 안에 샤워실이 너무 좁아 여성전용 사워실을사용해도 괜찮겠냐고 문의해보니 친절하게 흥쾌이승낙해 주셔서 여자 둘이서 편안하게 사용 할수 있어서 너무나도 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗했고 관리도 잘 되어 있어서 믿음이 갔습니다 다만 숙소가 3층이라 앨리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다 그것말고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다 다음 요코하마 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다
