There was a strong smell caused by construction and painting coming from just outside our room. It made it hard to sleep. When asked about it they finally got back to us and said we could change rooms but it was late and we were tired. The smell was finally gone by the time we checked out.

Amazing staff

The most outstanding aspect of my stay was the amazing staff—everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. They really made the experience feel welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Good hotel with a clean room and nice view of the city/ mountain at the distance from the upper floor room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop with a pool, gym and restaurant is an added bonus to be able to hang out and enjoy the view. Conveniently located and walkable to the malioboro street. Will stay again

Great hotel unfortunately they didn’t change the towels that were used by previous guests and just folded for the next guests to use. The towels were smelly, we told them to replace the towels with the new towels.

The breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. They only had one elevator working so that was a bit inconvenient. The location of the hotel is good. It was a few minutes walk to Galleria Mall. It was a bit far from Malioboro. Here are plenty of nearby eateries

My stay was great, the service provided by the staffs is excellent. I requested with room change due to preferences (quiet preferred) which is kindly accommodated. The concierge was prompt, efficient and helpful. Big plus for the housekeeping and dining section - their caring nature and incredibly passionate with their hospitality is in sync with nature of the city but also a great representative of the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. Highly recommended, definitely a great place to stay all things considered. Location is very central and prime as well. Much thanks!
