This place is a gem - five star service, hospitality, friendliness in a boutique hotel. It is like staying with friends. Huge rooms and very comfortable bed. The hotel driver who picks up and drops off customers from the train station free, also provides good value transportation for sightseeing with a big genuine smile.

Intimate boutique hotel in an old manor recently renovated. An oasis in an otherwise busy neighborhood. Staff were helpful and the breakfasts were abundant and delicious.

We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world). Luoyang Christian’s Hotel should really be congratulated on their incredible efforts to make us comfortable and look after our every need -going well beyond what might be expected for a leading hotel. Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison. The rooms, washroom, amenities are all great and clean. Everything included from towels to slippers even toothbrush. Really nothing to complain. Amazing stay and highly recommended.
