Loved the grab and go breakfast bags with delish breakfast sandwiches. Nice sitting area in lobby where we had nice conversations with other travelers.

Clean, beautiful hotel

Loved the location as it was a short drive into Jackson. The multiple rooms were large and charming character touches throughout. Bears on the bunks in loft. No microwave but they heated our leftovers at office if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us. They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

The room was great, the bathroom was luxurious. The property has free shuttle service to town square from morning to 10:30pm which was very convenient. They have housekeeping on Monday Wednesday and Saturday only, given I was there Wednesday to Saturday, there was no housekeeping done, they did offer fresh towels on call, but the trash was not cleared. Did not have a chance to enjoy the pool but it did look great! There is breakfast available for $5 which was quite good. Overall, nice place, would recommend it!
