Yellowknife Vacation Packages

The hotel is very new and relatively clean, which is probably its biggest advantage. However, don’t expect much in terms of service. Everything is basically self-service. We were a group of women traveling with luggage, and even the shuttle driver didn’t offer to help us load or unload our bags. There is no luggage service at the hotel either, so you need to get the luggage cart yourself and bring everything up to your room on your own. That said, hotel service in Yellowknife is generally quite limited, so our expectations weren’t particularly high to begin with. We chose this hotel mainly because it is one of the newest options in town. If you value newer facilities and cleanliness over service, it’s still a reasonable choice.

Convenient loxation to all amenities

Good

The room was very comfortable and it was nice to be welcomed at the door. I would definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Don’t expect much in terms of service from this hotel. They started knocking on our door shortly after 11 a.m. and then called us again to rush us to check out, even though it wasn’t past the check-out time yet. It felt very pushy and unpleasant. There is basically no luggage service either. You have to get the luggage cart yourself, push it to your room, and handle all your luggage on your own. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, it may be fine. But if you expect any level of hotel service or hospitality, I would definitely lower your expectations.
