Yadkinville Vacation Packages

There were roaches in the room. During a trip from Georgia to Raleigh, NC, our alternator unexpectedly failed at 3 a.m., and we limped into the hotel parking lot. We spent the night while Firestone in Thomasville, NC, kindly replaced the alternator. Unfortunately, we could not get a clear estimate for when the car would be ready. The hotel front desk insisted on payment for another night. Thanks to one of the housekeepers, we were able to check out later with two people and a service dog, waiting until 6 p.m. to do so, even though they initially requested an answer by 11 a.m. So we still had to pay but the initial response was not friendly or helpful, and they were not at all full. I would not recommend this property to anyone. We saw roached in two separate places. Several were inside the microwave. Buyer beware unless you have no other choice. Stay next door.

This hotel was outstanding in every respect. It is beautifully appointed, both the public rooms and the private ones. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed or wanted. The restaurant's food was delicious, the waitstaff was efficient, helpful and courteous. The prices were surprisingly low considering the quality of both the food and the service. The only thing we regret is that we got there too late for tea.

Our room was clean and nice. Friendly staff as well!
